Provide Loan

Users can browse the NettyWorth Lending Marketplace to view and fund loans on listed NFTs. Lenders can initiate loans instantly on NFTs with set terms. NettyWorth supports lending with the following ERC-20 tokens: WETH, USDT

To provide a loan, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Lend" section to view all the listed NFT assets.
2. Select the asset you wish to provide a loan for to open its loan request page.
3. Review the loan terms set by the borrower.
4. Click the "Accept" button to agree to the borrower's terms, sign the transaction and grant the loan. Once accepted, you will receive a notification and email confirming the loan has started.
5. The principal amount of ERC-20 tokens will be transferred to the borrower through the protocol, and the collateral assets will be moved into escrow.
6. Once the process is completed, you will receive a Promissory Note with the loan details. This note entitles the holder to either the repayment of principal plus interest or, if the borrower fails to repay on time, ownership of the NFT collateral securing the loan.
7. The loan will then be moved to the "Active" page on the NettyWorth Loan Marketplace, where it will be marked as Active.
