Referral Program - "Invite & Earn"

Thank you for helping grow the NettyWorth community. The NettyWorth Referral Program allows eligible users to invite friends, family, and members of their community to join NettyWorth and earn rewards when qualifying purchases are made.

By participating in the NettyWorth Referral Program, whether by sharing a referral link or signing up through one, you agree to these Referral Program Rules (“Rules”), any additional terms presented with the applicable referral offer, and the NettyWorth Terms of Service.

NettyWorth may disqualify users from the Referral Program, cancel or withhold Referral Rewards, restrict participation in future promotions, or take action against an account if we determine that these Rules have been violated or the Referral Program has been abused.

Specific referral offers may have additional requirements, restrictions, or promotional terms. Those terms will be presented with the applicable referral offer and are incorporated into these Rules.

How the Referral Program Works

Eligible NettyWorth users receive a unique referral link that can be shared with friends, family, and others in their community.

Under the current Referral Program:

Referrers earn 5% of their referred user's first qualifying Rip purchase, regardless of the eligible payment method used.
After the first Rip, referrers earn 1% of the referred user's subsequent qualifying Rip purchases made using an eligible credit or debit card.
Referred users receive 10% off their first qualifying Rip purchase.
Referral earnings are credited quarterly.

Referral Rewards are subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions described in these Rules.

NettyWorth may change the reward percentages, discounts, qualifying purchase requirements, eligible payment methods, payout schedules, limits, or other terms of the Referral Program from time to time.

Who Can Be a Referrer?

To participate as a referrer, you must:

Be eligible to use the NettyWorth platform in your jurisdiction;
Meet applicable age requirements;
Have a NettyWorth account in good standing; and
Meet any additional requirements communicated by NettyWorth.

Each individual may participate using only one NettyWorth account. Creating or controlling multiple accounts for the purpose of generating Referral Rewards is prohibited.

Who Can Be Referred?

An eligible referred user must be a new NettyWorth user who signs up through your unique referral link and completes the requirements of the Referral Program.

A referred user may only be associated with one referrer. If a person has already created a NettyWorth account or has previously been attributed to another referral, they may not qualify as your referral.

You may not refer yourself, create another account for yourself, or coordinate with another person for the purpose of improperly generating Referral Rewards.

If you provide NettyWorth with another person's contact information in connection with a referral, you represent that you have the right and permission to provide that information.

Referred User Reward

An eligible referred user receives 10% off their first qualifying Rip purchase when they sign up through a valid NettyWorth referral link and satisfy the requirements of the Referral Program.

The discount applies only to the eligible user's first qualifying Rip purchase and may be subject to additional restrictions displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated by NettyWorth, referral discounts may not be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or promotional codes.

Referrer Rewards

For each eligible referral, the referrer will receive 5% of the referred user's first qualifying Rip purchase, regardless of the eligible payment method used to complete that purchase.

After the referred user's first Rip, the referrer will receive 1% of the referred user's subsequent qualifying Rip purchases, subject to the payment requirements and exclusions described below.

Referral earnings are credited on a quarterly basis and are subject to verification by NettyWorth before being credited.

First Rip Reward — 5%

The 5% Referral Reward applies to the referred user's first qualifying Rip purchase regardless of the eligible payment method used to complete the purchase.

Ongoing Referral Reward — 1%

After the referred user's first Rip, the referrer earns 1% on subsequent qualifying Rip purchases.

To qualify for the ongoing 1% Referral Reward, the purchase must be made using an eligible credit or debit card.

Purchases made using any of the following do not qualify for the ongoing 1% Referral Reward:

NettyWorth Buyback Credits;
NettyWorth Credits;
Promotional credits;
Rewards;
Cashback balances; or
Internal wallet transfers.

NettyWorth may exclude additional payment methods, transaction types, products, promotions, or purchases from the ongoing Referral Reward when disclosed as part of the Referral Program.

Qualifying Purchases

A purchase must satisfy the applicable NettyWorth Referral Program requirements to generate a Referral Reward.

For the 5% first Rip Referral Reward, the referred user's first Rip may qualify regardless of the eligible payment method used.

For the ongoing 1% Referral Reward, only eligible Rip purchases made using a credit or debit card qualify.

Transactions will not qualify, or may later be determined ineligible, if they are refunded, canceled, reversed, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise determined by NettyWorth not to satisfy the Referral Program requirements.

If a Referral Reward has already been credited for a transaction that is later refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or determined to be ineligible, NettyWorth may deduct or reverse the corresponding Referral Reward.

How Can I Share My Referral Link?

Referral links are intended to help users introduce others to NettyWorth.

When sharing your referral link, you should clearly disclose that you may receive a Referral Reward if the person signs up and makes qualifying purchases through your referral.

You may not:

Send spam, bulk messages, unsolicited emails, or other unsolicited communications containing your referral link;
Use automated systems, bots, scripts, programmed messaging systems, or similar technology to distribute referral links;
Create fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts;
Refer yourself or attempt to generate Referral Rewards from accounts you own or control;
Coordinate with others to manipulate or abuse the Referral Program;
Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with NettyWorth;
Make false, deceptive, or misleading claims about NettyWorth or the Referral Program;
Promise rewards, returns, discounts, benefits, or features that are not offered by NettyWorth;
Create websites, domain names, applications, social media accounts, usernames, or profiles that impersonate NettyWorth or falsely suggest they are operated, sponsored, or endorsed by NettyWorth;
Use NettyWorth trademarks, logos, graphics, images, screenshots, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property in a manner that falsely suggests an official relationship with NettyWorth;
Purchase advertising keywords containing “NettyWorth,” NettyWorth trademarks, or confusingly similar terms without written authorization from NettyWorth;
Manipulate purchases, payment methods, accounts, transactions, or referral attribution for the purpose of generating Referral Rewards; or
Use your referral link in any manner that violates applicable law, these Rules, or the NettyWorth Terms of Service.

Fraud and Abuse

NettyWorth reserves the right to review referral activity and investigate suspected fraud, manipulation, misuse, or abuse of the Referral Program.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

Self-referrals;
Creating or controlling multiple or duplicate accounts;
Creating accounts using false or misleading information;
Coordinating transactions primarily for the purpose of generating Referral Rewards;
Artificial or manipulated purchasing activity;
Unauthorized use of payment methods;
Transactions resulting in refunds, payment disputes, reversals, or chargebacks;
Use of bots, scripts, automation, or other methods intended to manipulate the Referral Program;
Attempts to circumvent Referral Program restrictions or limits; and
Any other activity NettyWorth reasonably determines is intended to improperly obtain Referral Rewards.

NettyWorth may withhold, cancel, reverse, or remove Referral Rewards associated with suspected or confirmed abuse.

NettyWorth may also restrict a user's participation in the Referral Program, prohibit participation in future promotions, or take action against the user's NettyWorth account in accordance with the NettyWorth Terms of Service.

Referral Earnings and Payouts

Referral earnings displayed within your NettyWorth account may include pending or estimated amounts and are not final until they have been reviewed and determined eligible by NettyWorth.

Referral earnings are currently credited quarterly.

NettyWorth may withhold or adjust pending Referral Rewards to account for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, reversals, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, technical errors, or transactions that do not satisfy these Rules.

Any tax obligations resulting from Referral Rewards are the responsibility of the recipient, except where NettyWorth is required by applicable law to collect, withhold, or report taxes.

Referral Limits

NettyWorth may establish limits on the number of referrals, qualifying transactions, Referral Rewards, or total value of Referral Rewards that a user may earn during a particular promotion or period.

Any applicable limits may be displayed within the NettyWorth platform or communicated as part of the applicable referral offer.

Attempts to circumvent referral limits through multiple accounts, identities, payment methods, wallet addresses, devices, or other means may result in disqualification and forfeiture of Referral Rewards.

Changes or Termination

NettyWorth reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time.

This includes the right to modify reward percentages, discounts, eligibility requirements, qualifying purchases, eligible payment methods, payout schedules, referral limits, or other Referral Program terms.

NettyWorth may also restrict or terminate an individual's participation in the Referral Program if we reasonably determine that the individual has violated these Rules, the NettyWorth Terms of Service, applicable law, or has otherwise abused the Referral Program.

The treatment of pending or previously earned Referral Rewards following a modification, suspension, or termination of the Referral Program will be determined in accordance with the applicable referral terms and applicable law.

Updates to These Rules

NettyWorth may update these Rules from time to time. Updated Rules will be made available through the NettyWorth website or platform, and additional notice may be provided where required by applicable law.

Continued participation in the Referral Program after updated Rules become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
